JON AIRD - EXECUTIVE-PRODUCER / WRITER

During his time at BBC Comedy, Jon won a BAFTA for his work on the Psychoville Experience, written by Steve Pemberton and Reece Shearsmith to accompany their spine chilling TV Series. He oversaw BBC Comedy online, increasing the weekly audience to over 500,000, alongside producing extra content for shows including The Wrong Mans, Pramface and Come Fly With Me.
His Banff nominated BBC Three pilot C-Bomb was the most viewed Comedy Feed ever. His viral horror The Burning Room has generated over 6m views on YouTube and he is now developing it with Jeremy Dyson and the BBC.
At Comic Relief, in addition to creating the Comic Relief Originals Series, he created a national trending conversation with the YouTube #RedOut, and brought millions of new viewers to Red Nose Day with Facebook Live broadcasts. He has now joined Beano as their Head of Digital Video and continues to develop original comedy projects.
